Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition.
- Please contact us at info@arlaymenswear.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind or to exchange for a different size, the customer is responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, ARLAY Menswear will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags.
